Air Europa becomes the first Spanish airline to quash premium-rate customer service numbers

*The company replaces the 902 numbers with geographical prefix numbers

*The implementation of this tool is part of the company’s ongoing Consumer Experience project

Air Europa has gone one step further with its aim to improve customer experience throughout each moment of their relation with the airline and has now become the first Spanish airline company to have all its customer services numbers with a geographical prefix (91, Madrid).

The implementation of this new improvement tool and abolishing their 902 premium-rate customer services lines leads to greater satisfaction with the final customer as the new numbers can be called without any additional costs as they are generally included in the flat rate contracted by the user.

As regards the rest of the customer support services such as Business, Companies, SUMA, claims or the website, the company also has numbers that are very easy to remember. The activation of the local telephone numbers means Air Europa brings added value to its customer relations and is incorporated into the ongoing Customer Experience project the airline is leading to position passengers and potential passengers as the focal point in all their initiatives and actions to be taken.

It should also be recalled that at the most recent edition of FITUR in Madrid, Air Europa presented together with Twitter, its new platform for interacting with passengers, who can now receive real-time notifications about their flights by simply sending a direct message to @AirEuropa on Twitter.
