The Pilar Gastroweek offers the authentic Aragonese flavour

During the celebration of the Fiestas del Pilar, the Pilar Gastroweek, which brings together 31 restaurants and their 35 proposals from 7 to 15 October, is an indispensable element that revives the flavour of Aragon, an initiative that is now in its eighth edition.

Among other surprises, there is “la Vermutada”, to enjoy the gastronomy in the bars and “Lo mejor de Aragón en tu mesa” for those who love the menu. In the first case, a route where appetizers and tapas are the protagonists to experience the festivities from the bar.
Different bars and restaurants will offer the best of Aragon on your table. This second category features products of differentiated quality from the Government of Aragon and will offer the general public menus whose main ingredients are foods from our land. In addition to the variety of delivery and gluten-free options, PilarGastroWeek is full of surprises: in addition to each establishment giving away a cachirulo with its menu, diners will be able to eat with traditional Zaragozan music for company. For this reason, an experience that both diners and the participating restaurants themselves enjoyed so much last year will be repeated. In 18 establishments, the public will be surprised with micro flashmobs of joteros: performances that will be held randomly, without planning and without knowing where each one of them will take place.
